Take an Audio Drug
I first heard about this from an article snippet of The Cresent (University of Evansville’s weekly paper), and so I did a little research on it. In 1839, Dr. Heinrich Wilhelm Dove discovered binaural beats, sound waves presented to each ear, which which produces a stimuli in the brain. Much more can be read in the following links.
As with anything that can affect the brain, there are people out there that experiment with it. I still have quite a bit of reading to do, but I will post links as I encounter them. If any of you happen to have any binaural experiences, feel free to let me know.
